We're talkin' baseball... The fiance and I are going to a Cubs vs. Padres game tonight.→[More:]I'm not much of a sports fan, but this was part of his birthday present and he won't enjoy it if he thinks I'm having a sucky time. Any suggestions? We(he)'ll be rooting for the Cubs.

YES! Go Cubs! Just enjoy the weather, ask him about the players, and enjoy yourself.

Figure out which team is the Cubs and don't cheer for the Padres.

Enjoy the stadium food, watch the game (important for two reasons, one is safety!) and relax, its a game, its supposed to be fun!

And don't tell him that Dusty Baker is one of the most overrated managers in the game. Even though he is.

Yay for the Cubs! Also, the Cubs have little well, cubs, on their uniforms, which is kinda neat.

Plus, if the Cubs are the home team, that means you're in Chicago and probably got a chance to ride the L train in to the game.

Which pretty much constitutes one of my major "have to go to chicago" fantasies.

Actually it was a expo game here in Vegas. It was fun, even though the Cubs lost. I had a hot dog AND a pretzel.
