The Americas. Very old maps.
It really is remarkable how accurate some of these old maps are, without the aid of satellites or aerial photography. These people were persistent.

There's a wonderful shop in downtown PWM with old maps of Maine cities and counties. I love to spend time in there just searching around for neat stuff.

Actually, I have no idea why I don't own a historical map of the town I live in.
