That looks like a scene at Osgiliath.

I could be wrong, though - the original image might have been from a flashback scene from before Boromir bites it.

Yeah, there's a "Fall of Osgiliath" scene with both brothers, where Denethor disses Faramir for being a disappointing pussy of a son and blows Boromir. I think it's only in the extended edition (of ROTK), though.
