Eternal Sunshine I've google image searched to no avail, but does anyone know where I can find a template of one of those cards that Lacuna sent out saying 'X person has erased Y. Please do not mention their relationship to them again.' Would anyone be willing to Photoshop one for me? pieoverdone at gmail.com if you can help out.

That's awesome...I'd love to send that to my ex but I'm sure he'd just send it right back with the names reversed. And it would open a can of worms that is best left sealed.
