omg, Seattle!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the "Jesus" tongue action on the crushes.

Big balls? (this thread is useless without further photos.)

Speaking of which, I notice all photos were taken from the waist up. Was anyone there wearing pants? Anyone at all?

Plus, OMG, Y2Karl!!!!!!!!!!!

That's awesome! Um, who was that tonguing their MeCha crushes? Because the tongue is directly next to wimpdork's name.

Looks to me like agropyron's tongue is exactly halfway between wimpdork and you, TrishaLynn. Don't act like you didn't feel it.

Thanks for hetshout, ag.

The tongue might have been a little forward for a first shoutout, but I was feeling the beer sampler.

safetyfork: I'll be having drinks with NYC MetaChatters in two weeks.

has agro become a nomad or is being flung around the country for a reason?
posted by ethylene 23 March | 10:15

I also take note of black8's subtle sweatshirt shout-out to Brooklyn.

OMG mathowie marked my y2karl photo as a "favorite". I'm so touched.
posted by matildaben 23 March | 11:26
I got that at an otherwise very upscale yard sale in Mt. Baker way back in 2000.
posted by y2karl 23 March | 12:23
Aww, thanks! It's not every day a girl gets exclamation points and tongue. Awesome shoutout.

I'm so glad Deborah showed up, and so sorry I missed it.

Thanks for the acknowledgement, peoples.

Y2Karl was in Seattle?!

Hey, the Seattle crew is fantastic. You were all really great. It was nice, especially, to meet some of the IRC regulars.

... and deborah - (was it?) you said that you were afraid to go downtown. Where you live is far more dangerous than downtown Vancouver...

(the honour guard offer still stands)

And where's the lady who's nick means the rock that meets the hard place?
posted by porpoise 24 March | 01:26
deborah, you're too kind! *blushes*

Y3Karl?! I gotta check before I hit post...
posted by black8 24 March | 03:28
Not blowing smoke, black8. It was great.

porpoise: I'm not in the dangerous part of Surrey (although I used to live a few blocks from the Car Thief Capital of Canada). I'm in a rural area between Langley and White Rock. And I'm not worried danger-wise. Downtown is unfamiliar to me and outside of my comfort zone.
posted by deborah 24 March | 16:04
I'm glad you were cool with us, deborah. For a while I was afraid that maybe we were a bit too boisterous for you, but I guess if you drink soda around people who are drinking beer you get used to that.
