Ever wonder what animated characters would look like in live-action? →[More:]I highly recommed browsing the "more photos" section. This manages to be simultaneously creepy and unbelievably cute.

The people that dress up like this are usually guys, moving quickly away from cute to creepy.

Maybe youre right P&C. However, some of these shots reveal a rather feminine physique. Afterall, it is Japan, the land of OMG WTF.

pie - under that rubber suit could be a 45 yo sarariman.

I've seen pictures from various cosplay conventions and the ratio isn't too far off from 1:1 female-male. However, the costumage was generally less extreme, it's usually limited to costumes and makeup as opposed to wearing a prosthetic head.

Cute in a keep your damned hands off me kind of way.

Anyone see the CSI where they made the fur people take off their suits and it was like 99% guys? That was special.
