That's one of my fave videos ever and that's probably the best quality version I've seen except it cuts off that weird guy at the end.

Not fake. It was posted on the blue about a year ago and someone in the thread explained who the band was and their history.

I think either the main man or woman is dead and the other is still a minor celebrity in... Norway if I remember correctly.

Open viewing the first 15 seconds of this video, I felt that this may have been the result of a group of humans that, the previous day, had been introduced to music, their own singing voices, the concept of dance and audio/video recording for the first time. So overwhelmed were they by the power of these new discoveries that, in their enthusiasm to create something new, they failed to fully realized the consequences of their actions.
