Hells Angels Sue Disney.

That's so fucking awesome. If the Angels really did trademark their logo and name, then Disney has no legs to stand on.

As a former Disney employee--oh, sorry, Cast Member--this pleases me GREATLY.

Also, (and pips' half brother was an Angels prospect and her other half-brother was an Angels lawyer, and there was badass chapter in Bridgeport, so I know what I'm talking about) the Angels..prefer to settle out of court...

The Angels do hold a trademark on their logo and they've got lots of money to hire laywers. This isn't the first time they've sued someone over infringement. With chapters all over the world even when some bush league high school in Finland makes unauthorized use of the HA logo the Hells Angels notice and take action.
