Heh heh, it's Paddington Bear.

For those of you don't know (which is probably most of you), there was a charming kids cartoon called Paddington Bear here in the UK in the seventies. The animation technique was quite strange where the bear was a 3D model and all the human characters and sets were cardboard cut outs. You can see a little of what I'm talking about in these pictures.

dodgy, I remember Paddington cartoons, and I grew up in the US. I can't remember where I saw them, but I'm pretty sure it was on Nickelodeon (kids' cable channel). Thanks for reminding me, I hadn't thought of him in a while.
