Sad. As some of you may know, I've got a bunch of changes coming up and I just took the first step in making them happen and it sucks.→[More:]I just put an ad up on Craigslist for someone to adopt my dog. I'm taking an internship in Dallas this summer and when I return, I'm moving into the dorms at school for my senior year and I can't take Sam with me. I hate the fact that I'm not stable enough to keep him. Despite the shedding and the jumping up, he's the best dog I've ever had and I'll really miss him.

Gah. Sorry kids. Just needed to vent. Back to studying with me.

Aw geez, that's awful. Ditto what matildaben said about arranging visits with Sam. I think most folks would be cool with that.

or make sure whoever takes him will put up pics and stuff online for you?

Sam will choose his new owner and will let you know who the right person is for him.

Make sure he has at least a Dogster page you can see him at.
