Can we have a little happy? [More:]
What song(s) in your collection always make you laugh? Adolescent silliness is not only okay but expected.

Here's mine: My cat fell in the well by The Manhattan Transfer

Kip Addotta's Wet Dream, in part because it reminds me of my childhood and listening to it with my dad in Louisville.
Tool's Prison Sex is always good for a laugh, too, because it's so over the top.

Heh.....

From the same artist

and Bill Cosby's most ill-advised (or on another level, most brilliant) project:

Track 1, Track 2

You know, I've never found "They're Coming to Take Me away" funny. But Ozzy's cover of Stayin' Alive? Hill-areeous.

Art's Smash the Nazis always makes me smile. It reminds me of MetaFilter sometimes.

"Stewart" and "Punk Rock Girl" and more by the Dead Milkmen. "One more Minute", "Nature Trail to Hell in 3D", "The Saga Begins" and many others by Weird Al. "The Ghost of Steven Foster" by the Squirrel Nut Zippers, not to mention their "Santa Claus Is Smokin' Reefer".

"people who died."

"the very next day he got offed... by the very same bikers!" - gets me every time.

Oh, man, Jimmy. Upload that one if you have it, please?

Are we going for happy? Or funny? Because they're not always the same songs. Here are a few that make me laugh.

I Can't Get Behind That, starring Big Willie Shatner and Henry Rollins

The Robot Cat - Logan Whitehurst & the Jr. Science Club

The National Association of W Lovers

I just posted these in a thread of it's own the other day, but it deserves another mention, since they're both funnier than shit:

Anthrax - I'm The Man [Def Uncensored Version]
Anthrax - Startin' Up A Posse

Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band - Trouser Press

Do you like soul music?

No

Then do the trouser press baby!

Starfinger - More Than Soup always makes me a little happy.
I would download and then YSI, but I'm on dailup with no sound, hopefully right-clicky, etc. on the the songfight.org (which rocks) link will do.

I was reading the question as funny wimpdork. But for happy, you gotta go with Katrina and the Waves cover of "Walking on Sunshine" or The Kinks "Come Dancing"

Funny or happy, doesn't matter.
Here's another that is serious but fun to sing real loud.

I don't get credit for this one because jonmc turned me on to it, but every time I get down at work, I always pop this in: I Do the Rock - Tim Curry

I do get credit for this one, but only because it's the other song I put on endless repeat when I need me a pick me up. And I have no idea what this song is about: Kias Fansuri - M. Nasir

There's a song that always used to make me smile. It was a hit about, probably, 10 or 12 years ago, maybe more. It was called 'Mavis', I don't remember who it was by, but it was a reggae artist, I think.

The lyric, which I've searched for on the web was:

"Woman fly all de way from Paris
And she tell me how she 'fraid o' Chuck Norris.
She no want a man who jump and box and kick.
Mavis want a man that is romantic.

Woman fly all de way from Rome
Tell me how she 'fraid o' Sylvester Stallone
[forgot the next two lines]

It was f-ing hilarious.

If anyone has it and can upload it, I will have their cyberbabies.
