Yeah, 2X is pretty abysmal. This is the first 2X assembly I'm aware of—I'm surprised they managed to *make* an assembly with the concomitant low accuracy.

Silly AlexReynolds, animals don't have WTF proteins!!! It's strictly a yeast deal.

OMG is the gene that expresses the oligodendrocyte-myelin glycoprotein precursor. I'm currently running a search for its bunny ortholog. I'll post the results in the morning.
