Teeps, on Windows, every iPod update comes with the ability to return to iPod's drive to a pristine straight-from-box new-car-smell type state. I would be shocked, shocked and appalled to learn that there was not something similar on the Apple side of things.

While that is tempting capn, I dunno how I could go from a house on real live land, with a real live double detached carhole, to something costing 3 times as much and half the size. Plus, my commute is less than 5 minutes right now.

There might be a chance for some secondment type stuff though...a month or two at a time, put up in a swanky condo in Toronto...Working on Bay St. I might be able to talk myself and my girls into that!

Capn, it makes me me go "hmm" that I know exactly the kind of smell you're talking about. That's just wrong.

It also makes me go "hmm" that my internet was cut off this morning despite the fact that we called and renewed by card Monday morning, and that it's such a major pain in the ass to try to pay the internet provider bill by internet. Who has to join and register for a "club" to pay their internet bill? "Register"? I'm already registered, you fools... you provide my internet. How much more "registered" am I supposed to get? To be honest, this makes me say a lot more than "hmm".

Why is it cheaper for me to get a home phone line and DSL, together, than digital cable internet by itself?
That just doesn't make sense.
