I agree with crash and hate him too. I hate pretty much everyone really. Its alot cheaper that way.

It also saves a lot of dissapointment. By pre-hating everyone (especially neighbours), you can just shrug and say to yourself "another arsehole, just like I thought" when they inevitably screw you over.
