Capn beat me to it. I never understood the connection between these fashion shows and actual clothing. I would guess that it's a little like the concept cars which get shown at auto shows - they highlight some interesting techniques or design elements which may be incorporated into production cars but rarely ever become production models themselves.

There isn't a supertanker large enough to carry the money you'd need to pay me to wear that.
