These guys are tape-based lint rollers. I have not attempted to use them in a non-intended fashion (what Mistress Matisse calls "pervertibles") but now that Specklet has mentioned it I may set my mind to it.

I thought (though a TV ad campaign years ago) that they (3M) "don't make the things you buy, we make the things you buy better." ?

Anyway, I have friends in manufacturing and stuff and they swear by 3M products.
