I've already had one BBQ smackdown as a result of this post. I'm not having another. ;)

Perhaps we should start another thread called "Favorite Sauce Recipes Whose Origins Or Authenticity Are Not Allowed To Be Disputed"?

I can't post again just yet, but anyone else is welcome.
