For the last two days ... →[More:]I've made a conscious effort not to surf the net (apart from BBC News) when I'm in the office.

And for the last two days, my productivity and sense of achievement have been sky-high.

Now if only I can stick to it ... but as every addict knows, it's the first bunny that does the damage.
