Am I missing the spot where they tell us who the hell this "Ian Millar" guy is? Is he just some religious nutcase or does he have some sort of qualifications?

Because I use those two words in succession on a fairly regular basis, as do most speakers of ~~English~~ language. So far, nobody's told me I'm impersonating God.
