I couldn't find the screen saver on the just-installed MC drive. So I'm not sure that we're looking at the same things. But nslookup is there, it's version 5.1.2600.0, it is 71,680 bytes, and its md5 checksum is:

30BF22AA8927509F7557C0FAAC3FB248 *nslookup.exe

How'd you get the version for nslookup?

The version? Literally as in how I found the version of the particular file I was able to locate? "Properties", "Version". But of you're asking how I found that and not the screen saver, I don't know. Of course nslookup is going to be installed--I'm wondering if there are further apps and goodies installed into Media Center post OS installation. I couldn't get that far because of the stupid activation! Argh!

Yeah, I think the screen saver is in an add-on pack.

Unfortunately, my version is 5.1.2600.2180 (presumably because of applied service packs), and the md5sums, of course, don't match.
