I think the smoke monster would win, unless Eko = Vader.

A few years ago, I would have said Vader. But now that I know that he's just a petulant, pussy-whipped suck, I'm going with the mysterious smoke monster.

We'll find out that Hurly is actually the guy who created the smoke monster and Darth Vader, sorta like in It's A Good Life, so my money's on the cornfield.
