It's a silly joke. Never mind that neither the wattage nor the frequencies in use are even remotely suitable for heating food, but...

They show the egg placed between the two phones and arrows apparently meant to indicate RF passing between them. Cellphone transmissions don't pass in a linear way between the phones in a call, they radiate omnidirectionally and the RF "connection" is not between the two phones but between each phone and the nearest cell tower on their respective networks.

Can't lay my hands on the paper just now, but anyone seen the scientific demonstration of how 20 minutes of a normal cel phone radiation caused changes in a rat's brain?

Sliced and treated for certain changes little black spots appear inside the brain.

Turns out what they selected for was albumin, which inexplicably crosses the blood-brain barrier upon exposure to cel phone radiation.

Albumin is what egg whites are composed of.
