I think he means that the topic of the post, something related to media, is reflected in the name of the person who posted it.

For me, the archetypal eponysterical post was penguinbukkake posting about semen stains.

You'd be even more amused if you knew that said neighbors sit on the porch into the very wee hours having shall we say intensely personal conversations at quite a volume. We've never done it, but the temptation to record, remix, and play "Drunk Girl Confessions" back to them at equal volume has been difficult to resist.
