I Need Help Shaking a Particularly Foul Mood The reasons don't really matter but I've been in a damn near homicidally foul mood all day and night.
*tickles fenriq*

*makes funny faces, does hokey-pokey*

Its a start but keep the knives locked up anyway.

Radio MeCha, IRC right now. =)

fenriq, how's The Peanut coming along?

When I am particularly mad at the world, I go outside and drive around until I see a small child. Children are innocent and beautiful and remind you of the lighter side of life. And then I run the child down with my car.

Find someone else in a bad mood and try to cheer him or her up. Or kill them and eat their liver.

Fenriq's in luck because I have both melancholia and a nice chianti. I'll leave the porch light on.

i'll sing something, gimmme a reason to waste six bucks for no good reason.

kirsten hersh's amazing grace is going over well

the harmony doesn't work as well if you can't hear her though. the multiphone idea did not work and i'm not stripping wires or lifting machinery tonight.

i already had to tell someone why they needed antifreeze and i haven't even gotten time to really take apart engines yet.

Last time I felt like that I went and looked at Cute Overload for a while.

ethylene, thermite's much more effective at disabling cars. Especially when you stick a sign post through the hole and into the ground.

arse_hat, okay, that helped. Some. I think I'm gonna workout, maybe slag some pixels and see if I can get a decent night's sleep. Though maybe I should include a good cocktail and long soak in the hot tub too.

iconomy, the little peanut is growing everyday. Thursday after next we do the ultrasound and get to see if its an "innie" or an "outtie". I'm kind of hoping for another "outtie" but that's only because I fear having to eventually allow my daughter to date boys.

Oh yeah, and thanks everyone. I do appreciate the thoughts and help.

Thinking about your lil' peanut sure cheered me up. Tomorrow will be better, huh, fen?

postmodernmillie, I hope so. I'm hoping to get out for a bike ride with my boy and his cool bike seat (it doesn't hurt that he loves, loves, loves wearing his bike helmet and is almost unbearably cute in it).

ethylene, a decent sweat helps too!

do you wanna zone or have energy?
add herbs to your bath.
maybe some baking soda if it's dry out from the cold.
over thirty minutes in really hot water raises your serotonin.
posted by ethylene 08 January | 00:40
for the anal:
raises the level of serotonin currently chuffing around in your brain. also relaxes the muscles but will remove the oils from your skin.

uh ho i feel the pedantics coming on.
i need a drink.
blame zeplin

sorry, my levee broke.
posted by ethylene 08 January | 00:43
If your Levi's break then its time to either wash them or start the diet!

I'm not sure the hot tub filter would do well with herbs in the water (though it didn't mind the mini light sticks the other night but it was far less cool than I'd hoped).

the drums, that moby dick

sorry, i'm listening to left banke. just one song.

"just walk away renee--"
posted by ethylene 08 January | 00:50
you put them in cheese cloth or use oils.
of course i will let them float around in the end and steep in tea
a roommate at the time freaked out and would run into clean it before i dried off
loooong story

posted by ethylene 08 January | 00:52
By the majic vested in me, I exchange fenriq's foul mood for a fowl mood!

Too bad 'bout listening to only one LB song, ethylene. The whole first record (and Walk Away Renee) is damn near perfect.

I've got my own funk going on. Some sort of odd stomach thing - I've upchucked 9 times today & can't hold anything down. Skipped work, which probably wasn't wise, but can you blame me?
posted by item 08 January | 00:59
not at all.
if i hadn't been forced to move today, i wouldn't have.
posted by ethylene 08 January | 01:40
it too forever to get that song andi didn't get any covers yet.
maybe i should sacrifice DSL to the money god.
posted by ethylene 08 January | 01:41
took
k doesn't like me and i swear i don't even know it.
posted by ethylene 08 January | 01:42
Okay, I'm going to bed and not in a bad mood. Just tired and hoping that tomorrow is less frustrating and irritating. And that maybe I can ride my bike or my motorcycle.
posted by fenriq 08 January | 02:12
DO IT
make a point of it.
those who bike should bike
but be weather appropriate.
