wow! but, but, but... all bubbles are perfectly spherical! it's one of 2 or 3 things i remember from high schl physics!

Abomination! God made natural bubbles spherical, and no amount of "coating" ordinary gas bubbles with a "tightly packed layer" of tiny particles and then "fusing" them can change that! It even sounds disgusting and unnatural. Burn the witches!
