So good it's worth quoting twice.

My friend, Borussky, was busted for IE when taking a leak outside a bar. He beat it pro se by arguing that the police officer had to believe Bo was coming on to him in order to make the charge stick and proceeded to call the officer as a witness to establish his degree of arousal. Case dismissed.
