I feel strongly that DaShiv should come east, and preferably southeast at that, whereupon we (meaning moonbird, boringpostcards, chewsatadistance and me; we're all within a 200 mile or so radius, right?) will throw him the most fantabulous meetup ever.

Personally, I'm agitating for a MoFiLA reunion tour, but I'd *love* to meet some Mecha folks/catch up with DaShiv for the new Year!

It would give me an excuse to return from my sprawling estate in San Luis Obispo (where I had 4.5 inches of rain in a 24 hour period with no flooding and the hill behind me did not come sliding down, however, an hour after the rain stopped, I and half of Pismo Beach suffered through a 4 hour power blackout) to visit my storage space in the valley and transport a few more items I really don't need. Still, I'm holding out for a MetaCalifornia MegaMeetup here at either the Frog and Peach Pub or Mee Heng Low's Chinese Restaurant.
