So teh guy got wasted then the kid got wasted. Or maybe teh guy was so wasted he thought it would be a good idea to get the kid trashed. Either way, he's a dumbass. Total dumbass.

This happened to me. My babysitter couldn't stand my crying and gave me rum. I had to have my widdle stomach pumped.

That is, if my mother is to be believed.
