Last Christmas by "The Rubber Band" a Danish (IIRC) Beatles cover/soundalike band. I downloaded the tracks labeled as Beatles tunes and it took me a while to figure out what they really were. I knew it wasn't a Beatles cover for obvious reasons before I downloaded, but I wanted to hear it. It is pretty good, actually. People that do not like the Wham! version might like this one.
