No neck. Not really. I came SO close to buying one at Petsmart or whatever it is, last winter. I am staying away from that place this year. I see gerbils and hamsters and all sorts of furry things that I want to just snatch up and take home with me. I'm sure the cat would love it too. "Oooooh! A snack!"
