You'll hav to forgive my obtuseness. I spent the afternoon drinking with a telecome guy from Bellerose by way of Lexington, Kentucky. we had fun singing along to "The Weight," on the jukebox.

How recent was the split? I've always tried to stay as friendly as possible with exes, but it's important to let the dust settle before doing that. Don't know if that applies here; I'm just throwing it out as an observation.

That game against Ottowa was something. I've been away from hockey for awhile - hadn't had cable until year before last, and then the strike last year, of course - but it's fun relearning the game. I've liked what I've seen of both teams, so it should be pretty good.

Yeah, that game was something. As much as I'd love to have that as a preview of the Cup finals, I'll have to regretfully concede that Ottawa's probably going to be facing off against a different team.
