It's funny to think that almost a thousand years ago, before the British were even speaking a language we'd recognize, the Pope was wearing this same type of hat.

Well, he's old and wrinkly, which doesn't help anyone to look very innocent, but he also has that whole Bill Clinton kinda vulgar-looking, almost phallic, nose thing going on. Maybe it's somewhat common among white-men-in-power.
