Haven't heard about any MeCha dreams in a while... and this one's pretty weird....→[More:]Lots of weird things happening in the dream but the essence of it is that I am pregnant with twins, and somehow end up in hospital. Mr. g is out of town, so lots of MeChazens come to visit me. mygothlaundry bakes me cookies, LeeJay was there, dame, the NY boys, matildaben. All very odd (but thanks for visiting, guys!). Anyways, so we are in the hospital room, and a doctor comes in and said that they did all these genetic tests on the fetuses. Dr. asks me about my family history and I say I don’t know about my father’s side, as my parents are estranged, and I never interact with him. And dr. is all like, well we actually found your father.

And it’s amberglow.

Yay! I was in someone's dream!

I fell back asleep this morning while listening to Susan Stamberg interview Ted Allen about some food thing. When Susan introduced him, he was sitting in the background in a bubble bath. And it wasn't Ted Allen, but one of the other guys from Queer Eye, the dark-haired gym bunny (grooming guy). When he started to talk, he sat up in the bath and was holding a lit vanilla pillar candle (I think the candle comes from a gift that agropyron's wife gave me, so there's the obligatory MeCha content).

On the pregnancy front: about a week ago I dreamt that Specklet was 1/10th preggers. Not one-tenth of the way through her term, mind you, just... one-tenth pregnant. It was not revealed who was carrying the other 9/10s.

Nice dream, gaspode! I actually had one this morning that involved huge cranes dropping pieces of the International Space Station from great heights in my yard to test their durability; a plague of ants that turned into termites who then became aardvarks that were sinking houses in SF by burrowing under them; and an ongoing scenario with a MeCha Man that left me not a little breathless and blushy. Hoo whee!

I recently had a dream that I saw one of those K-Tel-like commercials for an album by MelissaMay and her husband.

Only it was religious tunes, and the commercial showed them at their wedding.

I was watching the commercial and I said to someone, "Hey, I know her!" They asked me how I knew her. I don't know if I explained or dodged the question.
