Outfoxed? I downloaded FireFox 1.5 and damn, is it slow. Crashes hourly. Lost all my previous settings. Anyone else have this problem?

I can't view quicktime or Flash on it, so yeah. It sucks.

If I could figure out how to use the bookmarks toolbar in Opera, I'd probably just switch to it.

But I'd miss adblock.

Make a new profile. Go to the command line, go to the firefox directory:
cd \Program Files\Mozilla Firefox

start FF:

firefox -p

Make a new profile from the GUI.

I installed 1.5 the other day and I have some weird problems with the chrome.

1.5 has been giving me a few glitches, too -- it's completely screwed with my file-handling associations, for example. Otherwise I'm happy with it -- the memory management is a lot better, whcih I need since I lost some RAM.

Chrome problems: make a new profile, see if they go away.

Interrobang, try going to Adblock Preferences, then click on adblock options and click on obj-tabs, that was causing my flash stuff to not show up.
