a moment to spare →[More:] and the space and time to listen some of the music people link and post here, i'd like to cast a general thanks, as, otherwise, i'd probably not have a chance to have and hear new music at all.

wot a year.

As i try and figure what to tackle in my task filled day, and maybe free up more space (what to dump or burn, call me sophie) and keep my computer from implosion yet another day, your conglomerated contributions to my background soundtrack is being appreciated.

Since i'm making lists (generic task and grocer kind), i thought i'd make a couple idle wish lists (just for the hell of it) of things i'd like barely above the level of necessity and just below the level of unthinkable ridiculousness.

post yours if you like.
i'd just gonna add mine if they come to me.

example:

basic: an OS upgrade, good boots, good tobacco, fresh produce--
advanced: real beluga caviar (not looking for vegan hate, it's just wishin'), stylish and comfortable body armor, space to flail without fear of knocking things over--

i never have, personally, but people have sent them to me and they were fine. also the prices seem pretty reasonable weighed against added efforts to get fresh smokes otherwise unavailable to me at the moment.
or are you saying they'd be stale?

I got a letter the other day from the American Spirit people saying that somebody had set up a fraudulent website offering free cartons of American Spirits (like the company itself used to do) and also selling them but in fact they were just evil all the way through. This is in no way surprising, right, except for the to me surprising fact that the phishers had a more believable domain name than the real company: americanspiritswarehouse.com (fake) vs. nascigs.com (real). So be very sure you're dealing with the real thing, I guess.

oh and I want an updated OS for xmas too.

i'm not getting crapadoodle for chrismas, and they don't sell direct anyway (but i sleep in the 'support organic farmers' shirt they sent at random to me as it's super soft)

no one is up yet so i'm taking a moment to pimp up a fellow chatter who has caused me to crave chocomint and restorative smells.

basic: a good scent.
i may have to put that on my actual 'to get' list. it does do so much calm and soothe.
i knew a guy who had this chocolate scented stuff that was amazing.
i would so love to have my own perfect blend one day
maybe i'll get one of the few premade perfumes i genuinely like, amarige isn't me anymore if it ever was, but still excellent to waft in rooms with a light spritz on a flame or a light bulb

there's a great flaming lips b-side from an ep called 'thank you jack white for the fiber optic jesus that you gave me.'
it is just straight up awesome. i highly reccommend.

Eth--those are some mighty fine doodles.

As for scents, check out demeter. They have every scent imaginable, from whiskey and tobacco to roses. Basil, tomatoes, cotton candy, birthday cake, dirt. One of these days when I hit the lottery I'm going to buy a bunch of those vials and try to make some sense memories ala' Maude from Harold and Maude.

that is on my advanced wish list
and access to a scent lab
or just a fully equipped lab
and a ballroom
and a kitten
and a magic box that makes what ever i think up with the perameters of its relative logic
and a young lady's primer

basic: pizza
sadly all pizza even if it is available right now is a disappointment except for the delivery aspect
