From the 90s, not 80s. It is for the Super Nintendo/Super Famicom game A Link to the Past which came out in 1991 in Japan.

Only ten seconds into the video, the only thing I could think was that I need to send this to about 30 people immediately. I actually accidently left the window to start composing the email. Then I remembered that the video was playing still and I hadn't seen it all the way through. So I said, "Shit," and started it again. I'm a better person having seen that.
