I live a couple of blocks from the Moxie. Perhaps in a year or two there will be an evening where I don't have a gig, rehearsal, or to write a magazine column and I could catch a movie there, perhaps on (perish the thought) a date with a girl who tolerates my complete lack of time.

If I wasn't an athiest I'd pray for his success. Except it's people like him that are working on making my neighborhood too expensive to live in. Say no to gentrification! ;)
