The MeCha book I wonder how the book is coming along, and when it will be available. Any news, dodgy?
It's pretty much come to a halt. It will happen but it's unlikely to see the light of day before February or March.

Hopefully we can get a bit more enthusiasm behind this idea in the new year, and hopefully my situation will have improved sufficently that I'll have the time to dedicate.

If anyone reading would like to get something together for the book then I'd encourage you to work on it now.

And I'm still happy to accept submissions.

Thanks for all of your hard work, dodgy; it was an ambitious timeline given the variables. I know the round robin crew would still like to submit.

I just want to pat myself on the back, and invite others to pat me on the ass, for having submitted only a day or two after the original deadline.

Want a cookie?

Yes.

I would like to goose your ass, pat the duck and share your cookie in reward for getting my submissions in on time. 'On time' in a different time zone and a distant, parallel universe, that is.

I'd still like to submit too. : ) I just have to decide which of two pieces I want to submit.

I missed this the first time out. I'll see if I can send something your way. Can I submit a three-part story?
