Jiggery-poniery. NOT ONLY did Ace Mart restaurant supply send me the wrong size of middle-jigger (I wanted .75oz-1.5oz, they sent .75oz-1.75oz—well what am I supposed to do with that?) but I just applied a very casual twisting force to the 1oz-2oz one, and it came apart in two—well what ELSE is new![More:]This has been a post in the style of Peter Willard.
This is how the Lord Kibo tells you to pour bigger drinks.

But the smaller glasses are so much more elegant!

Nice post style, but why use a jigger? Speed pourers are easier and slicker. They're about a buck a piece and to get a feel for what a proper pour feels like, fill up an empty liquour/wine bottle with water and a few glass with different shots quantities in them to use as guides. It should take you 15 or 20 minutes of practicing to get your pours qualities perfected, plus it improves your eyeballing technique, which is always handy.

Maybe I'm too lazy to put them in and take them out of things I don't use often or which have a low enough alcohol content that they should be sealed when not in use.

Plus, I don't trust you about how long it will take to get the quantities right.

Frisbee Girl, marry me! We can raise a lot of little cocktails together.

You are a Seattleite, warbaby?

The spouts usually come with caps, but yeah, if you're not using the alcohol often or extensively it would be a different deal. I just find jiggers to be inefficient. However, I don't suppose you'll be mixing drinks in a similar environment, so variable mileage and all.

warbaby, you had me when you offered to romance me with bowling. You're on.
