does anyone know anything about Ganmaoling as a cold reducer/eliminator?
I'd like to see the ingredients to see if its similar to Yin Chiao, which is a Chinese herbal compound that sells out of every health food store around here in the winter. Yin Chiao absolutely works, especially if you take it right at the onset of symptoms.

i have a cold (it's going around the office, and i've been fighting it all week) and last night a friend gave me a bottle.

these are them: Honeysuckle flower, Chrysanthemum flower, Fructus viticis, Dyer's wood root, Radix evodia, Radix ilcis asprellae, Mentha leaf.

they're little yellow pills, and there are no dosage directions but my friends said to take 6 2x a day.
