Country-fied Flashdance? Cruising the dial the other day, I came across a bluegrassy/country version of Flashdance. No artist was ever announced, so might anyone here know of the persons behind this masterpiece and where I might find it? Gracias.

These are the major-label released versions. One of them could be what you're thinking of but I'm thinking not.

Ooh, a judicious search of Last.FM reveals that The Dan Band does a version .... it's more karaoke than country, but maybe?

Hey, thanks for that stilcho! 'Twasn't it, but damn entertaining! It may have been a local thing, but was in the style of the Gourdes, who did that tender rendition of Gin 'n Juice.
