AskMecha: Hope me! Why is this document stuck inside my computer?? →[More:] I really, really, really want to either print, or copy and paste to a word processor and then print, or in some other way get this PDF (specifically Appendix B) onto paper to use in a presentation I am doing this week. But all the tools I usually see when I open an Adobe Acrobat document are missing, and I can't print from my browser, or mark the text to copy and paste. What am I doing wrong? (Apologies in advance, this is probably very elementary.)
