Damn, that looks like something I know I've seen, but I can't name the artist. Definitely inspired by Mondrian, but then much of what was, wasn't as brilliant and basically devolved down to living-room art-print level.

The "diamond" format for a painting is sometimes called a "lozenge". If this specific print isn't a necessity it's almost certain you could find something similar -- check "geometric", "abstract", "neoplastic", etc.
