Who coined "Fitzmas"? I started seeing the term about a week ago on the usual suspects' blogs: Atrios, TPM, and DailyKos. It's a great neologism.

According to Wikipedia, it was Democratic Underground.

In a Fitzmas-related anecdote, I heard a report on the radio tonight about the indictment of Lewis Libby and the reporter's name was Libby Lewis. Ha!

The page was up for deletion almost immediately, p&c. It remains an obscure blogger term, barely notable by Wikipedia standards, and the information is included in the Plame affair article (since people are recommending, as they do in these cases, "merge & delete"). I think the consensus is already at "keep", though.

The deletion vote has already been spammed around as if it's some kind of online poll, which it isn't.
