actually, i would like something for my birthday if it's not too much to ask (note in my other post, it's me me me time for once):

if everyone could buy some form of lottery ticket (local, national, for charity, whatever) for whatever would be for next week (19th to 22nd, i guess) and then everyone post their luck, whatever happens.

anyone reckon that may be doable?
i, personally, will abstain as i get to do what i want. meh.
since i always have crappy birthdays, maybe i can distract enough of the bad for something good to happen.
or make up your own rationalization.
in any case, i guess if everyone really put out a buck we could have a nice pile but i'd not know where the best place to put it would be, so this seems easier. and since a lot of results can be found online, we could find out live.
