I would like to thank alt.binaries.tv [More:]
For helping me catch up on shows I missed. So what do I need to watch? What are you people watching?
Xiaolin Showdown. It's supposed to be a kids show, but I've been watching it and it's pretty damn good.

Threshold, Wonderfalls (on Logo), and that sitcom with Rappaport--that's about it.

lessee, hmmm, off de top o' me heed:
i've recently been seeing (i think) Full Metal Alchemist and Paranoia Agent on Adult Swim and find them intriguing. I like a lot of Adult Swim but mostly have seen them.
I have the first disc of Arrested Developement waiting on the floor as i'm sure i didn't see all of them and second Wonderfalls.
(is threshold the show with dinklage? because i tried to catch it a bit for shots of dinklage)
Veronica Mars, and my aforementioned Gilmore Girls kick.

may add more as they occur. sorry.

And has anyone seen Weeds? because i think i want to

Downloading Threshold. Uh, what the hell is it that I am downloading? =)

Veronica Mars and Weeds, I saw those in the group but know nothing about them. I could google, but I am lazier than shit. So someone tell me. Oh, I am going to try out:

Surface
Invasion
Supernatural (no clue what this is, but it sounds intersting anyway... probably a sitcom or something instead of a show about ghosts)

So do not reccomend those. Well you can, actually, but I am already trying them. And Threshold.

Also I am catching up on Boston Legal, Crossing Jordan and this week's Lost since I have missed all three. Well. I just caught up on Boston Legal actually. Funniest show on TeeVee. I assume. It almost has to be.

all i know about Threshold (i think) is it has to do with aliens, crop circles and has Peter Dinklage on it. and Carla Gugino.

joss whedon wrote a really nice summary of veronica mars, so i bet you could find it on whedonesque or some such. i'll leave it to him.

Weeds is a showtime show about a woman (Mary Louise Parker) who has turned to selling pot, which i've only heard positive things about.

Bravo's recent "20 great things about being 30/fat/etc" was funny enough (the red state one was pretty lame) and also they had a special on the Dan Band which prompted me to hunt for a link that i posted.

i was happily surprised with the lack of suckiness in the first "Bones" when it could have been quite bad.

besides VM and GG and Rome, most everything i see is accidental or i don't really pay attention (trying to catch Arrested Developement isn't easy. FOX seems to like it that way. Ask a firefly fan.) and Nip/Tuck.
all of them seem to pack A LOT into each episode.

i think Wonderland (about a psych crisis ward) might finally be available. it got cancelled fast even for fast cancels, but had a great cast and reviews and almost no one got to see it.

my viewing habits/tolerance fluctuate wildy so that sometimes i can watch anything or the opposite. (i did miss a p-funk docu i wanted to see)

i thought "The Comeback" was pretty well done, and "Entourage" is amusing and easy to watch.

i'm pretty sure i lack the hipness and currency to come up with anything else, but i do like Anthony Bourdain's shows.

i am totally using this comment to procrastinate looking up something and Celebrity Poker Showdown is on in the background.
i am debating cancelling my cable but probably not soon as it does give me enough per hour entertainment/distraction to be worth it besides certain bouts of not giving a crap.

Grey's Anatomy is ok. Greg the Bunny can be really funny. i have to do other stuff now.

Threshold is wonderful-- really well done, and scary and smart at the same time. (I'd watch Gugino in anything tho, ever since i saw The Buccaneers on PBS.)

Carla's been great tons of things, lots more recently i haven't seen, but never seemed to get the luck until the spy kids (haven't seen 'em but i would). i think she was considered one of those show killers but she's been notable and a babe and a notable babe since the beginning.

there's something about the Dinklage, the sound of his voice, his expression--
and if it weren't for tom, mary and 20k+ other people i might have been able to pay attention.
