I would deal with this on-line, but all their on-line interaction requires information off of the bill that they have not sent me, what I am calling to inquire as to the status of.

35 minutes? 35 minutes? why, when I was was young we had to hike 10 miles in the snow, barefoot, just to be kept on hold for 45 minutes. You kids have no appreciation of what a soft life you actually have.

I once spent three-and-a-half weeks on Hold, but it was a publicity stunt for a talk radio station (still, they came damn close to getting me in the Guinness Book of World Records).
