Cheesy music --post the most cringeworthy. (i'll start you off inside to prevent brain damage to casual clickers)
"Mama Looka Boo Boo" by Robert Mitchum. From his calypso album. With a fake accent.

you call that cheesy?

Albert Hammond - The Free Electric Band

(Hammond had a hit with 'It Never Rains In Southern California,' but I like this song better. he's also father of one of The Strokes, poor guy)

Andrew Gold - Lonely Boy

Cheesy, yes but there's something dark about this song, too.

Argent - God Gave Rock & Roll To You

One of the goofiest butt-rock anthems ever, but after a beer or five, it's genuinely rousing. 'Hold Your Head Up," was the bigger hit, but this song is much more fun.

And that's just the beginning of the "a's." I could bury you all in formaggio.

I could post the rest of the Robert Mitchum album.

I've already got it, goatdog.

I'll raise you a Desi Arnez: "In Santiago Chile (T'aint Chilly at All)"

So what, exactly, is butt-rock? I feel like I'm missing out on something.

It's defined in this thread. (I had never heard of it before either.)

So what, exactly, is butt-rock?

also known as mullet-rock, redneck rock. lowest-common-denominator riff-rock that recieves minimal respect from either the pop crowd or the intelligentsia but with massive appeal to workaday slaves in need of adrenaline , and when it's good, god is it good.

Examples: .38 Special, Skynyrd, ZZ Top, AC/DC, Kiss, Grand Funk Railroad, Humble Pie, and countless obcure others...

The incomparable R. Dean Taylor -- Gotta See Jane. Indiana Wants Me has more sound effects, but this has more drippy strings.
