Lookit the Candy Killer Gallery. There are bunnies. [More:]I would so love to be able to draw like this.
Everytime I look at this site it reminds me how remedial my drawing skills really are. I love that Jack Ruby ala bunny illustration. Hell, I love everything here. I've been putting off buying the book for the past week or two, but I've got to show my love and pick up a copy.

Good idea - I just added it to my wishlist.

Very Nice. A touch of two people whose names escape me! (sorry).

Tim Bizcup and Gary Baseman? I see their influences, definitely. Also, Camille Rose Garcia. I love all of them!

Baseman, yes! and maybe a sanitized Crumple/Suckle era Dave Cooper. His illustrations, not his paintings.

Now I'm going to have to look up Bizcup and Rose Garcia, not sure if I'm familiar with them (at least not by name).

Google's telling me to spell it: Tim Biskup.

Hey, close enough in my book!

I see a touch of Margaret Kilgallen as well. But almost more Kilgallen in Camille Rose Garcia, actually. (Now that I've looked CRG).

Oh wow I've never heard of Margaret Kilgallen. Thanks for the introduction. This flickr set of her work is fantastic! And oddly (it's so funny how each one reminds us of someone else), she reminds me of mrs.pants!

And now I see that Kilgallen's died from breast cancer complications, at the tender young age of 33. Gah.

It's vary sad. Check out Barry McGee aka Twist too if you haven't already (he was married to Kilgallen). His work was how I made it to hers, actually.
