They are so damn cute.

Some of those images say that they were taken with 1495mm lens at f/4. I am not sure if that is the actual focal length or a 35mm equivalent, but either way, if that is true that is one damn impressive piece of glass. (Although the pictures are a bit soft). The front element of a lens that long with an opening that wide would be a either 10 inches or 14 inches in diameter. Nice.

But it's probably just teleconverters. OK, photo geek, here.
